Escape to Pau Hana, Departure’s newest pop-up, November through January!

Inspired by Chef U‘i’s childhood in Wai‘anae on O‘ahu’s west side, Pau Hana “done with work” brings the warmth of Hawai‘i’s shared plates and backyard gatherings to our East Deck, transformed into an island oasis above the city. From smoked kālua pork and musubi to yakitori, teriyaki nachos, and Nana’s macaroni salad, each dish tells a story of family, community, and care.

Gather among lush greenery and communal tables, grab a bite from the walk-up food cart, and settle in at the tiki bar. Enjoy charcoal-grilled flavors from land and sea alongside tropical cocktails crafted in collaboration with Beam Suntory.
